About New Hampshire Food Bank
The New Hampshire Food Bank collects, stores and distributes food to over four hundred hunger-relief agencies and programs as the only food bank in New Hampshire. Among other services, they also operate programs such as: Backpack Program to supply school children with food over weekends and holidays; Fresh Rescue saves supermarkets from unnecessary disposal of meat that can be re-distributed; Mobile Food Pantry works in locations where there are gaps in food pantry service; and their SNAP/Food Stamp Outreach Program is designed to improve awareness of SNAP and the efficiency of its operation.
